The Insta Notebook app (formerly called Open Diary) is designed especially for taking down quick notes on the phone. The app was created out of a personal need for an app that allowed quick and easy recording as well as tracking of personal notes.

Right on the top right there are two special fields where one can even add extra bits of information like numbers, dates, references or any other additional comments. It’s all neatly organized.
The note is displayed date wise, and all entries are grouped by months for easy browsing throughout the year.

Is an internet connection required to use any feature of the app?
The app works without data connections.
